A New Season

My dreams are expanding.
I find myself writing in my journal every night.
Mapping our this life I truly want.

I mean, right now...
right this very second I have the life I want.
I do.

But I also want more.
More love.
More light.
More creativity.
More time spent doing what I know I'm meant to do.

I am planning
and preparing
and writing everything down.

Today I popped over to my friend Jodi's blog.
Love how her heart works.
How she puts everything into her posts just the right way.

She reminded me of one of my very favorite Bible verses in Ecclesiastes chapter 3.
I found this here

To everything there is a season.

A time to be born
A time to die
A time to plant
A time to harvest
A time to rebuild
A time to cry
A time to laugh
A time to find
A time to lose
A time to be quiet
A time to speak up

I am entering a New Season in my life.

I am finding.
I am planting.
I am building.
I am speaking up.

I have reached nearly 400 posts and I'm getting closer to 300 Followers.

I am so grateful for my little place on the Web and I love that so many of you take time to stop by and visit.

Be sure and stop by Monday for a BIG give away to celebrate!!

  2. Thanks for your sweetness, Leslie. I used to fight the season I was in...or wish for another...or think the next would be better...or think this one would last forever...or think that I had to be in a "fruit-bearing" season ALL of the time. Really acknowledging the season I am in helps...helps me find the beauty in each one, and find the grace and strength to endure the current one with hope. It helped me "grace" myself for not showing "RESULTS" all of the time. Big lessons for me. Loved your post here!
