Whew! Sorry yesterday's post was a bit of a downer. Normally I am positive and upbeat but there are times when we all need to reflect on how we became the women we are today. And, for me....it is important to have those hard times in my journals and my scrapbooks.
Thank you so much for baring your souls right along with me, girls. Each one of you are amazing and have overcome so much!!! I cried as I read each comment. Bless you.
Today is gonna be a no computer day for me. I need to stay focused on my house as well as catch up on Project Life.
A couple of things...
1. Tomorrow I will be at 100posts!!!! So excited about that! To celebrate look for a GIVE AWAY during my Friday Favs!
2. And speaking of give aways...the week long party begins as soon as my "blog face lift" is complete! Katie is still hard at work {thanks, Katie}
I leave you today with something to think about...
"To believe in magic as a viable way of enhancing our quality of life does require a leap of faith. We must see life in slightly romantic terms; recognize falling in love or growing a flower or even cooking a perfect pie as a demonstration of the magic of balance, of everything coming together in just the right way." -Titania Hardie
oh I can't wait to see!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the quote, Les! It reminds me of the cutest card that Sophie made for me a couple of weeks ago. It said, "Life is magical for you and me, mom." With her Kindergarten writing and spelling it is just precious. Maybe I will scrap it with this quote.
ReplyDeleteNothing to apologize for!! I think it is important to remember, in order to better ourselves and not allow the past to dictate who we are today, unless of course it's a positive. I need to get my but in gear on the home front too!! Can't wait to see the giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteGreat quote Leslie! Maybe I'll take a computer break today too : ) Thanks for the idea.
