Happy to be HERE!!:)

Helllloooooo and happy, happy Wednesday!! Camp was fun...

Me & Em the last night

but I am so very grateful to be back home and back in my routine. I have been so occupied with Lizzy's Benefit and then it was Girl's Camp...I haven't had much time to focus on my family or my passion in life...writing, creating and sharing.

Another glimpse of camp...

My favorite part of the week were the two nights we spent with just our girls, late at night, sitting around the campfire and sharing our hearts. We truly felt the Spirit. Just wonderful.

Last week we had a Give Away and today I have a WINNER!! Random Generator picked.....

PHOGLES {aka Amber}!!! Congrats to you Amber!!:) Enjoy. Thanks to everyone that left a lovely comment. I appreciated all of them.

On to What's on Your Work Desk Wednesday. Yes, I am terribly late at posting this...but here goes anyway...

This is what's on my desk this week...lots of my art stuff is still in bins from Girl's Camp. We worked on collaging with the theme of "Your Happily Ever After". Here are the girl's at their work desks last week.

Lots of inspiration here and no doubt that each girl has their own style! Including my Emmi...

Love how she put her sunshine off the canvas.

Ok, so Em is seriously the most amazing girl. Love you, Artsy Chick:)

Since I've been home it's been clean, clean, clean. From catching up on laundry to taking everything out of my walk-in closet, sorting through it and organizing it again...there has been no time for creativity.

Until now.

Tonight is MY time.

Tonight I say "NO. I need a little quiet time."

I am working on my BLUE creation for the Summer of Color challenge over at my friend Kristin's Blog. Been thinking of something to do for that all week. Can't wait to get started.

How are you all doing friends?? Oh, how I've missed reading and catching up with you and all the inspiration you provide. I have some time now...so off I go. Looking forward to connecting.

And one more thing...

Peggy, Joyce and Amber....I need all your addy's again. With the craziness I have misplaced them. Friday I want to get everything mailed off!!!

Just send me an email....

  2. So great to see you back and to hear about the camp (and YES - I LOVE how Em puts the sunshine off the page . . . she is the coolest and I can only hope by girls grow up to be as awesome as she!!!!)

Definitely needing some creative time myself . . . feeling gloomy today (must be the gray skies and constant rain that has hit us the past couple days.) Augh. At least I feel the warmth and love when I'm reading your words! Hugs!!!

  3. Well you sure look healthy after camp! No wonder you feel some down time at your desk coming on. Hiowever, being away from it is good too - makes you really yearn to create!
